Rosebank Estate has been substantially upgraded and renovated in the last few years to cater for a variety of functions including Anniversaries, High Teas, Wine Tastings, Company Parties and Events, Funerals, Hen’s parties, Family gatherings, Barbeques, etc
The beautiful function rooms create a great ambience and atmosphere to make your event one to remember. The friendly staff will make sure your event is a success.
The Estate is situated in a rural setting alongside the beautiful Groynes resort and nestled in a picturesque garden. With the expansive lawns, abundance of flowers and elegant sculptures and the rural backdrop, it is the ideal place to celebrate your next function. We also have plenty of parking available and it is well serviced by most taxi services. Rosebank offers the unique combination of tranquillity and a central location being only 6 kms from the airport
Rosebank has some of the best facilities available for Functions in Christchurch catering for small intimate groups to even large groups of more than 200. Events can be staged indoors or outdoors with large breakout areas available. Various indoors facilities are available and this combined with the garden option provides “insurance” against inclement weather

We do not charge for Event Room hire except in the following conditions:
- Exclusivity or Privacy is required and other members of the public must be excluded
- Dancing, Sound systems or extensive speeches will be required
- Projector shows
- Product displays etc
- Extensive services by staff (like serving of Fingerfood)
