Rosebank has just announced a new pricing structure for weddings until March 2020, please see changes below.
The following facilities are available
Main Banquet room
Seats up to 120 with formal seating and a table configuration of choice. All table clot
hs, cutlery, glasses and normal restaurant facilities are included in price.
Peak season (October to Mid-April)
Main Banquet Room, Marquee and Garden hire $2500
Main Banquet Room and Garden hire $2000
Main Banquet Room hire $1800
Main Banquet room and Merlot Marquee $2200
Off season (discount up to 50%). Extra charges may apply for “exclusive” weddings.
Rosebank does not provide “venue only” hires and all facilities are hired in conjunction with a Restaurant facilities. No BYO allowed. Garden is available for 2-3 hours for Ceremonies.
Minimum spending may apply in peak season.
Merlot Marquee
Seats up to 100 with formal seating and a table configuration of choice. It is equipped with laser lighting for dancing and party lights to create a joyful atmosphere.
Peak season (October to March)

Sound systems and stage available for hire
Cabernet cottage
Seats up to 40 with formal seating and a table configuration of choice.

Riesling Room
Seats up to 30 with formal seating and a table configuration of choice.
Riesling room hire (no staff) $250
Gardens Weddings and Chapel
Seating for up to 120 guests, including chairs, signing table
and sound system (larger groups by special arrangement)
Hire Garden only (Saturday mornings only or week days) $500
Garden is available for 2-3 hours for Ceremonies, “garden only” weddings may be restricted to Saturday mornings or other days.
Cutlery, glasses and table cloths
Black or White table cloths and serviettes available (white table cloths incur a $10 cleaning charge). All cutlery and glasses included. Generally facilities are available from 9 am until 12 pm on the wedding day. Arrangements outside these hours may incur a cost of $100 per hour.
Sound systems, stage and equipment
We have several sound systems available. Typically a system for a single room will be $150 per day or $200 for a system to cover multiple rooms. A stage is also available for hire for $100 (Bridal table or for Band).
Projectors are also available at $50 per day (Screens are installed in most rooms).
